About TOI
What can I expect from TOI?
TOI is not just an experience, it is an immersive journey of self-discovery. Through 10 immersive rooms, you will enter a dreamlike playground of games, holograms, illusions and art. An endearing virtual avatar accompanies you every step of the way, asking you questions and guiding you on this amazing journey. Every moment is a revelation: you laugh, you play, you surprise yourself, and all your reactions are analysed in real time to shape your living 'Aura', a reflection of yourself on that day. Each participant has a different experience, shaped by their choices, gestures and emotions. Come with friends, lovers or strangers. You'll leave more connected, more inspired, and maybe even more you.

Does TOI take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
TOI is held at MOIR which is an indoor immersive venue.
How long does the TOI experience last?
90 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase beverages and snacks from our MOIR Bar (subject to opening hours).
Can I eat or drink inside the experience?
It is strictly prohibited to take food or drink into the experience.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be TOI-branded merchandise for sale at the MOIR store.
Is the experience available in different languages?
TOI is mostly available in French, but there will be dedicated timeslots when it can be experienced in English. Please refer to the booking page to ensure you book the correct language for you.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever website, app and at the venue.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets on the Fever website or in the Fever App. Please note cash is not accepted when purchasing tickets at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact Fever if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed, you will find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email from Fever. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You will find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email from Fever. You can also view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact Fever.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact Fever indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking?
For groups between 8 and 48 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the ticketing page (select the 'Group Bundle' option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 48, please contact hello@wearemoir.com.
About access to the event
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled time slot. There is a lobby and bar area to wait until your experience begins.
What happens if I arrive late?
We will try our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee entry if you do not arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. Subject to availability, we may be able to move you to a new timeslot on the same day or will offer a new date.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No pets are allowed inside the MOIR location. Service animals are permitted.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes! Please reach out to hello@wearemoir.com to discuss any assistance you may need.
Is the event suitable for pregnant people?
The experience does not involve strenuous physical activity but does require visitors to be on their feet, moving around the space for approximately 90 minutes. We suggest discussing with your healthcare professional if you are unsure.
Can I smoke or vape?
No. This is strictly prohibited.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Anything which may disturb other visitors, weapons, drugs and outside food & beverages.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
At the moment, we do not recommend this event for visually or hearing impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience does use strobe lights. If strobe lights affect you, please do let our team know upon arrival.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
While there are some seats throughout the experience, visitors are required to be on their feet, moving around the space for most of the 90 minutes. Please reach out to hello@wearemoir.com to discuss any assistance you may need.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes!
Can I take photos or record the experience?
In most rooms, you will be free to take photos/videos and share them; whilst in some areas it is not permitted. Our team will make this clear before the experience. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking our team at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out to hello@wearemoir.
Do you offer lockers for jackets and bags?
Yes. We ask visitors to use our lockers to store personal items such as coats, scarves, hats and bags before the experience begins. The lockers are free of charge. Please do not bring large suitcases or luggage.
Is there an age requirement?
The TOI experience is suitable for those aged 7 and above.
From what age onwards do I not need to be accompanied by an adult?
From the age of 16 onwards.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
